Refund policy
imgi.co Pro is a paid subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
If you are not happy with Pro, contact us at hello@imgi.co within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Renewal payments are generally not refundable, but if you believe a renewal was charged in error, reach out and we will make it right. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; cancelling stops future charges and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refund requests can also be made directly through Paddle using the receipt email from your purchase.
